Emancipator is currently on tour with his Ensemble. The producer-turned-live-band is bringing their show to the Playstation Theater (formerly known as the Best Buy Theater) in Times Square tomorrow evening. Joining the downtempo phenomenon is trip-hop DJ Wax Tailor and shoegazey electronic rock act Yppah. It’s a stellar triple bill for those who like the hip hop influenced, downtempo style of electronic music that loosely ties the three artists together.
Emancipator is touring in support of Seven Seas, his great new album and follow up to 2013’s awesome Dusk to Dawn. Go ahead and give that new record a listen to prime yourself for tomorrow’s festivities. We’ve also posted some of our favorite material from the openers as well.
