Maya Jane Coles has exploded over the past few years, and for good reason. The charming, British 20-something has created a number of infectious deep house and deep tech anthems over the past few years, culminating in a success that has taken her from dark, underground clubs to the spotlight of Holy Ship!, Ultra, HARD and beyond.
But this Saturday, the now-star will take it back to a place much smaller than the festivals and Ibiza clubs she frequents throughout the summer. Brooklyn’s Verboten will play host to Maya’s Brooklyn return alongside Kim Ann Foxman, a NY-via-Hawaii DJ that is carving out her own niche with a different take on vintage house mixed with bubbly, new-age bass.
