In 2013 III Points festival busted into the Miami music scene with something way beyond the norm. Years later they are still exceeding expectations. The fest continues to grow and shock people in South Florida and beyond. We’ve been attending III Points for 2 years now and they manage to surprise and impress us each year. You get an experience that overloads your senses and leaves you thinking about it long after it’s over. There are a few things that really stand out to us every year.
AMAZING MUSIC: III Points curated our dream lineup more or less for 2017. The Gorillaz, The XX, Bonobo Live, Rufus, Nicolas Jaar, and so many more. Each year the fest hosts acts that are so rare to see in South Florida. It’s like they create another world of music inside of Miami. Here’s some photos of the amazing music we’ve seen in the past 2 years.
BADASS BABES: First things first, this festival is put together by an amazing group of ladies with love for all sorts of unique music and art. They also have a knack for bringing badass babes to come perform at the festival. This year will be no different with Hundred Waters, The Black Madonna, Kali Uchis, and more. There are to many to mention from past years but these photos are some of our favorites.
CRAZY ART INSTALLS: Seeing great music is what most festivals are all about. III Points really puts effort into making the art a full part of your festival experience. You can’t avoid it. The pathway to each stage is filled with sensory inducing art installs. Even if there isn’t any music on that you like you can walk around the festival for a solid couple hours and be entertained. Looking forward to seeing what they have up their sleeves this year.
