Revolution in Fort Lauderdale, FL had the boys from Firepower Records come through and throw down last Wednesday. The venue being big enough to fit the headliner Troy Beetles Aka DATSIK’s huge projection mapped vortex. Yes a vortex, key hole, speaker looking like, sick stage setup. Then add Bare Noize, Delta Heavy and 50,000 watts of bangin PK BASS.
No Terravita on this bill but that didn’t disappoint once Danny & Ollie of Bare Noize jumped on stage and proceeded to smash it up with there Crushing RoboStep. A few beers down and the party was in full swing, these dudes killed it.
Then the Blokes Delta Heavy hit the stage and by then the venue was packed to the gills with sweaty people. With a quite a few crowd pleasers like Nero – Must Be The Feeling (Delta Heavy Remix)

However I don’t know what was in the air, but Delta Heavy had some bad luck with about 10 power cuts during there set. Disappointing for some, but to see them push through it, and still kill it at the end was awesome.
As you would expect Datsik came on, yelled “WHATS UP FORT LAUDERDALE!?!” and then BOOM the guys waited till Datsik to turn on the 50,000 watts of eyeball shaking bass bombs. From 12:30 to 2:00 am Troy ran through trap bangers, all that old school Datsik we love, and a bunch of freshness that I still can’t find. Nothing beats the hype he brings, the amount of jumping he does up there, and my personal favorite the new vortex stage.
