While I was at the Lockn’ Festival, I missed out on my opportunity to attend the Aphex Twin’s listening party at Verboten. My opinion of Aphex Twin has always been that he has some really really killer music out there, but also a good bit of experimental stuff that I can’t really make sense of, personally. I like the ambient stuff, not so much the glitchy d&b.
This one is an absolutely beautiful tune. While I’m sure some noisy drill-n-bass will find its way in to the new album, I’m hoping for a slew of nice, chill joints like this one, so I can roll up joints and burn to it all fall long…
