Purity Ring’s lush indie / pop landscape has earned them a cult following. With a sold-out tour and incredible (although short) stage show, the Montreal duo are quickly solidifying their position in modern music. With the Grammy’s last night, Purity Ring decided to unleash “Grammy”. Although you would never guess by their stylistic changes, this is actually a cover of a Soulja Boy. Here’s the new Purity Ring version and beneath you can listen to Soulja Boy (TELL EM!)’s version as well.
