Phases of the Moon is clearly gearing up for quite the inaugural year. The lineup is already killer, with another headliner to come soon. Rumors have been stirring that the String Cheese Incident will in fact be the second headliner, but only time will tell.
The new additions are highlighted in yellow, led by Bob Weir & Ratdog, Railroad Earth, Sam Bush Band, Kung Fu and Toubab Krewe, along with tributes to Phish and the Allman Brothers Band.
