With Magnolia Fest, Hulaween and Bear Creek all coming up in the next month and a half, Rex-A-Vision‘s Oral History of the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park couldn’t have come at a better time.
Florida folks know the park as a mecca for music. The festivals, people, mossy oaks and music collide to make Spirit of Suwannee Music Park one of the greatest venues on the face of the planet. The natural beauty is right up there with a place like, say, Red Rocks, but the camping component launched the Suwannee above the rest…at least in this young writer’s heart. (Side note: I’ve never been to Red Rocks =\ )
