Blackwater Festival Preview: Top 3 Anticipated Activities

The triumphant return of Blackwater Music Festival is one week away and we are getting really excited about a lot of things. It’s hard to narrow it down to a top 3 but here are a few things we’re looking forward to the most next week in the Suwannee. Hopefully we see lots of new and familiar faces out there sharing our excitement!

1. Amphitheatre Firsts Our favorite stage in the country is going to be hosting some amazing acts next week. It is one thing to see a band live. It’s another thing to see a band live on the Amphitheatre stage in the Suwannee. Many of my favorite live performances have taken place on that stage. I’ve seen Slightly Stoopid countless times but this will be my first Ampitheatre experience with them. There are plenty amazing bands on the Amp stage all weekend so make sure to get yourself at least one Ampitheatre first before the weekend is out.

2. Blackwater Cool Down Zone Not much info has been released on this but it sounds like a blast. “Water Slides, Slip N Slides, Frozen Drinks, and More!”. Do you really need to know anything else? Keep your eyes and ears peeled for more info on that. Cooling off in the main stage field with a giant slip and slide party is something you won’t want to miss. Tell your friends!

3. Late Night Tunes The Suwannee Gods have blessed us with some epic late night action for Blackwater. Friday night is primed for the night owls. Michal Menert at 1230-2am on the Amp Stage and then if you still haven’t gotten all your dancing out Zoogma will be taking it to the Dance Hall directly afterwards from 130-3am. Late night Zoogma in the Dance Hall sounds like something worth staying awake for. Saturday has late night lineup too so don’t worry! Full Schedule Here & Tickets Here

See you next Thursday!
