When you hear Nine Inch Nails have a new album coming out, you really can’t be too sure what to expect. On one hand, they’re compared to peers such as Marilyn Manson and Ministry, but on the other hand, they really have a sound that is completely their own. Either way, you have to give Trent Reznor and co. all your kudos points for continuously pushing boundaries and never conforming to anything.
This new tune is very electronic based, and as a blog that very much revolves around electronic music, I can’t help but to think about the potential this has in the DJ world. The tune isn’t anything too dark or too scary (or as edgy as “I wanna fuck you like an animal”) and because of that, who knows where this ends up. I know I’ll be bumping it in the mean time.
