Personally, I think Tommy Trash is cool because he’s so different from every other progressive house / electro producer / DJ. Not in style of music, necesarily. His tracks fit right in with the other similar DJs who are conquering that type of dancefloor. But his monthly mixes, Australian heritage and personality are different than most other DJs around. I mean, just look at that press shot above. You don’t see Alesso or Hardwell in a two week beard and earth tone tee holding a cute little bird, do you? Additionaly, Trash has been putting out the best productions and remixes of the year including originals “Cascade” & “Future Folk” along with remixes of “Lada Dadi”, “Antidote” & most recently Deadmau5’s “The Veldt”.
